Martingale or Pyramiding ?

I see a lot's of ea's doing martingale, some people call it suicide mission. I've converted few martingale ea's, not good at all, but yet to see any pyramiding ea, basically ea places order on signal, 20 pips profit, takes second position at half lot value ..., wouldn't this approach have better outcome instead of trying to catch falling knife ?

I have a martingale and anti-martingale advisor and I want to try it on the demo version.

here is pyramiding ea or antimartingale with indicators, higher tf gives better result's, did some demo run on btc, not bad, open to new idea's.
