I remember Spike Price and Scalper work on low spread (under 2 pips). If it on variable spread it will be bad trade/blow.

Scalper GBPUSD, USDCHF M1
Spike Price EURUSD, GBPUSD M1

variable spread simulates real market conditions, I could test Spike price for one year , just 2 trades since EA requires max spread to 0.6
 
In general, 99% of the expert advisor who work quickly, are winners in the common backtest but are a garbage (example CR7)
