"So you didn't understand anything, lol. The .DLL file simply allows you to modify the registry of the folder in which you place it. That's why it's detected as a virus, because you give access through the .DLL to modify a "root" file... It's not a virus, it's important to do research before making baseless claims."

I have EA with DLL and have no problem!!!

I'm just telling you, that the dll is detected as a virus, this is a sign that you have to be careful. besides that, what's the deal with a robot changing an operating system, what's the deal with the windows registry? What is the point? That's one of the reasons you can't sell robots with files with the .dll extension via the mql5.com website, because they don't guarantee safety.

anyway this is original dll file msimg32.dll, not contaminated by trojan or virus (included in your windows system directory)

So, to answer your question, the file does not change the operating system at all. This file simply allows you to disable the auto-update feature of MetaTrader 4. By disabling the auto-update, MetaTrader can run an expert advisor whose version is cracked. If MetaTrader 4 updates, then the .DLL file will no longer match the correct database needed to launch MetaTrader 4. As a result, MetaTrader 4 will not launch. Since MetaTrader 4 requires resources related to the OS database to launch, the .DLL file that modifies the functioning of MT4 will indirectly be considered a virus, WHICH IT IS NOT. Hopefully, I have been clear this time.

it's up to you to understand how the nomenclature of a virus and an OS works instead of stopping at an alert :) Google is your friend.

yes I know what you're talking about, but how can you be sure the maker of the dll didn't include any malicious code? compare the size of the original file and its modification to prove that the file is purely modified or added certain code. Of course we have to be careful with the contents of these dlls.
