Looks like it calculates the from the close price value at every bar on your chart.
Check the MQ4 file, start from line number 180

      l_iclose_24 = iClose(NULL, 0, li_924 + 3);

So this indicator show volume trades on broker and not all buyer and seller around the world.
How then performance this indicator whether giving high accurate or often fals signal appear
