I love it with trend filter on USDJPY, GBPUSD.. but lately, USDCAD and USDCHF gave me most of the profit (without filter).
Balance - depends on you... I use 0.02 on real, tested with 0.1 on demo.

All these "security" options like TSL, BE eat up a lot of promising trades.
