My GMT+2 Broker wrote: "the server time will also be changed to GMT+3 starting March 11, GMT."
Something to do about this ? Must changed the GMT_offset ?

March 11 ～ : GMT_offset = 1 ?

Are we targeting certain hours, say, after 1700 hours in United States Eastern Time and before 0800 hours Tokyo time?

No change is required, we use the same operation, from 00:00 we will operate 1 or 2 hours depending on the value of GMT_offset.

Another point, not all brokers changed the schedule.

Right.

I've set up another account with the same broker to run the EA with increase GMT Offset ( 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 3 ) .

Both accounts shown exact same trades, with same entry time and exit time.
