Suggestion Elliott Wave ++

Please I tried downloading the indicator, but it downloads as a rar file that cannot be unzipped, as a result I can't use it

Can someone please guide in english how to use this indicator and is it good effective system for trading? will appreciate if anyone can translate this system and tell how to use in english.
