All backtests are fake! Expert reads history!
If you delete EURUSD240.hst (or GBPUSD240.hst, USDJPY240.hst, etc) in Hitory folder, expert will not backtesting.
Be careful on real accounts!

in my opinion. I recommend that the creator should lock the best timeframe into the source code from this EA

I think you're using a 5 minute timeframe ... right? This EA initiated the order after the candle closure
