MT4 has the example how to create DLL for MT4.
You can find the example in your MT4 path \MQL4\Scripts\Examples\DLL

for code with C++ I am can use it success, I can create DLL from C++ no problem
but for new MT4/MT5 update I would like to use with C#, but C# have problem not have any function export in DLL
I use DLL for connection with external software not for protect EA, or move hides formula calculate in DLL
C++ (cpp) I can create DLL and can use it but can not create function on my use, my function and code available on C# only so I still have problem create with C#
most new version DLL using C#, I try create no error but not have fuction inside DLL and can not import to MT4/MT5 I try both x86 and x64
