I see very few transactions in the tester.Maybe the EA is Broker dependent.The manual says it must be ECN.

Same creator of surfscalper that its not good (proofs are on scam site with low spread and no commissions). Ill check it out but i dont think it will be good

Is difficult to answer the question.There are many variables (spreads, slippages, Broker conditions and execution, etc.)Maybe on 1 Broker EA wins the trade and on another one if fails for different Broker conditions, but same EA with same settings.
Every EA manage different strategy.
The Grid EA can be used in any currency pair.But I think the lower TF like M5 is more risky.
The major problem is to try to maintain a lower risk (not overleverage the account).
Attached tests on H1 TF.
Check it out.
