it should be has some orders everyday.
usually just because haven't show "All History" on tab Account History.
check READ ME file.

1. There is, but it is easily reset for demo account.
2. We have made upgrade, but so significant function need more detail test.
3. High Risk? tested on demo account. good profit but to risky to burn your account.
4. not ready yet, on testing.
