What is the best settings for CyNera 4 sir, can somebody share please?

v4.0 works like charm,,,but u should turn off ai,,,if u want use ai wait v4.50 cracked or use modificator like fidler, http toolkit, etc

use gold only no other pair.. use default setting I choose trading mode low and risk number 4

You still need to add the URLs into MT4 -> Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors.

Agreed. My CyNera v4.00, without AI, seems to work better on M30 than M15.
