here I got from some forum on telegram, if you want to use this indicator change the H4 setup to 1440, yes less signal but play it on 1H timeframe and then you got yourself a sweet reversal spot

You can see whether to repaint on a one minute chart. If repaint on a one minute chart, then repaint on all time charts.

This NRP indicator will repaint because it uses the intersection of RSI and MA which normally does not change after bar + 1, so if used TF H4 on the M15 time frame it will definitely repaint the arrow if the market direction changes.
