It depends upon the entry condition and the value set for max trades.
Please ensure that your max trades is the no of trades the EA can make when suitable condition exist for entry.

I follow the setfiles settings, min5000.00 equity setfile.
Today just 1 trade only for 10 pairs.

No worries ! There may not be best time for entry into the market due to low volatality pairs. Do not expect that the EA will make orders arbitrarily. It checks for RSI and Breakout for entry into the market ! I am also not getting much orders today with this EA.

I don`t know about this ea, but if look on profit that obtained on monthly based 25%
is not martringale system, but it could be, so many martingale causing failure eventually

It's not martingale EA with respect to individual chart orders. It becomes martingale when it open orders on dissimilar charts.
