Suggestion Building a SoeHoe Community EA - #001

Usually I use indicator like MA then Bollinger band
And RSI, and sometimes just reading chart pattern.

I would love to try to turn an indicator into automated EA. If you have an indicator would love to share, I will try to code an EA to work with the indicator.

HOLD: (true/false) this will decide whether ea will start trading immediately at activation or wait for next
signal.
SHIFT could mean deciding on when to open trade. On current bar (shift =O) or immidiate last bar (shift=1)
2. Half-trend - this indicator is a line indicator that moves with current bar but repaint. so ea must not follow its signal immediately, not until the bar closed. (shift = 1 is best for this)

EA basic is formed. It will take trade on the indicator signal. Martingale function not yet coded in.

Assuming the result is above average. (but I don't have a lots of data to do better back testing, so I am not able to give a fair comment on the trading result)

As far as I know, it is not possible to download the file without registration.
And of course, registering and downloading files on this site is very simple.
But, what is the difference?
With registration or without registration?
I do not understand the meaning of this self-imposed limitation.

If there must provide a reason, the reason from myself will be I hope to see more people involve in developing a project.
I don't quite appreciate people passing by take and leave. I am not sure if anyone will agree with me about this.
But personally I wouldn't mind to provide these info to get a free EA.

But I do thank you for the info that user must register to download a file.
The other day, I was surprise by the number of visitors compare to the members.
It was about 4 times higher. It will be nice if more people could join this community and offer something from their side.
Just a personal opinion, no offence.

I will be sending out a demo copy.
Would appreciate as many trader from this community to help to test it and catch bug if there is any.
(Please be reminded again, this EA project for this community. As many as trader will request, all will get a copy. This copy will be bind with your trading account and not for sharing else way. Whoever is interested may request from this platform, thank you! -I thought of saying this in advance before being cursed by people, if you not feeling comfortable with this, you may look at other thread in this forum. There are also great indicator and EA, also there are programmer who does free service in coding.)

I appreciate your work. before, Tanaka-san did the same. you and he are both very kind. i just want to say everyone want to build ea on indicator but the truth there are hundreds of ea in the old thread, all are useless. We are wrong from the begin. ea with high win rate using sl, no way,if you have,it become the holy grail.imposible. let's build ea martingale with good entry from a good indicator and add a lot of conditions for entry, news filter. dont waste time with many ea.let 's developer one,which is the best

When testing this EA, I was using EU and timeframe 5m. It is really up to you which pair you would love to test. The more we test the better it is. My test are as following...

Pair: EURUSD,
Timeframe: 5M,
Period: July 1-31, 2022
Result: working as normal, no bug.

Thank you for your input. Actually I prefer non-martingale over martingale. In my back test on the non-martingale setting, it was profitable. (Will listen more testing result from other members, to see if this is profitable)
