Yes its normal means the EA is connected to the server else you will get error 4606 or others

Why does the EA need to connect to a server? Which server does it connect to? Is it the server of the EA developer? What kind of data does it need to obtain from the server? Or does it open orders through signals from the server?

The seller uses a different strategy in backtest than in live test. He does not have any published live account on MQL5 Signals. This means that he does not trust his EAs. Don't believe 5 stars, are paid with a bonus.

Based on today's EA trading log, it seems that the server is really sending trading instructions to the EA, and then the EA opens the orders... Is that correct?
