Try, if yourEA is "NOT WORKING", may be it means your MT4 got updated to the latest version/build. Looks like this EA "DOES NOT WORK" on the latest MT4 version/build. Its running smoothly on MT4 Version 4.00 Build 1045.
Does not run (actually does not open its configuration popup window) on Build greater than 1045 (ie, MT4 Version 4.00, Build 1065).
To make it work, download any build, except the latest 1065, replace the latest terminal.exe in your metatrader 4 folder with the downloaded one. Create a shortcut, open the shortcut properties (right click > properties) and at the end of the location, type this: "/skipupdate" (without quotes).

Use this shortcut toopen the old build and start using this EA again..
