Suggestion Base on indi half trend build up EA

This System/ EA just are initial stages

in 2021/1 i find this indicator, and have a few day use it to scalping

have nice porfit pip, but just initial

i google this indi Strategy, but it is not completeness

i try to mark up it:

TF: M5
symbol : EU,UJ,UC,GU
Entry : By the arrow
TP: 77 pip [original author set 50~100pips to scalping
SL:500pip or % of day Range [original author has no SL]

Exit: 1. Arrow Reverse

Filter : 1. Short term MA120[10hour] crossover Long term MA864[3day]
2. trading time zome 1,2,3 Limit in trading hour[Asia, Europe, US]
3. Limit Price too far away from Short term MA, to avoid Deviation
4. need your view

Known shortcomings : Low RR, so need high win rate to maintain


P.s I'm not this "half trend" indi Author, also thank you he/she
You can manual to trade, the indi is open source; Also you can use my ea, but it need more mark up

Can you make this EA whitout MA filter
because when I set MA filter false the EA not making any order in strategy tester .Thanks in advance

I mean make this EA whit just halftrend indicator no MA filter and EA Order by halftrend arrows ,close at opposite signal then make new order
Whit This we dont need to do manual trading whit halftrend indicator
I hope you understand what Iam saying (sorry for my bad english)

You write well, admittedly Half Trend repainting, Alzig indi is much better than that, but I could use an EA that does Reverse trade on arrows and so on.
 
There are so many indicators is repainting, so a trader need to be wise when using an indicator
second protection needed to keep trade based risk management plan

This version half-trend don't Repainting. i hang on indi on the M1 chart and mark on this morning. if you are icmarket, you can compare to my chat. also you can hang indi on M1 chat, that are easy to find any "Repaint"

Also you can check this indi code, that are no any future or ZigZag function. the indi don't have repaint arrow function

i know "many indicators is repainting", but can you read this post detailed? only the half-trend indi is customize, and it is open source and don't repaint, you can check and recode that.
other filter base on atr, bband, ma, that are not provide any repaint arrow/signal

BTW thank you for your attention. this strategy/ea just build up. that will need more improve and test

My coding mistake, this 1.21 was fix MA filter. Also you can turn off all the filter, just use half-trend.

fix MA_filter
Add : limit BBand Minimum width, to avoid too price action make indi invalid ( filter noise)
Add : limit Day Range, e.g EU day open 1.2000, when over 1.212, NO open buy order anymore (avoid extreme market or any price over pursuit)

why the ea not op for every signals arrows
