Presets are given by LeapFX but this is not the main thing you need to make this EA profitable.

In Lmax, Minimum account balance must e 10000$. so for lmax data feed you need only 10k...
Not provided,, one thing i must say, if you understand the EA, it is all not about broker nor presets nor execution in ms or ping.

GMI Edge not provided, but other brokers is, yet still it bleeds and loss...take note when does it wins, then you understand why.
Overall i can say, if you are noob, do not come close, it is a game for the rich, especially for this EA.
How much it had bleed for me, from 1000USD drop to 300usd then booms, it goes 5K profits, with that i have learnt and observed, shall only share with terms applies this secret.

i dont use arbitrage now. i used that in 2015/2016 . and that time minimum deposit was 10k.

That time we used lmax account number and pass for our new hope data feed. it was quite easy.
I have arbitron too but I need key
