Are you talking about v4.1 ? Time is GMT..GreenwichMeanTime is main time standard on the world..Not local time , not Summer Lightsaving time nor broker time...You should use on it
What kind of settings you burnt your account? What TF,pairs,etc?

it works fine before, but yesterday suddenly at panel info trading allow during the news

and time at panel info is diff with the time mt4
