This EA should be price at $10 US Dollar only because it can run only on DEMO account
price may be maximum with open source code $40 USD. Dollar (still high price)
I think hire programmer at mql5.com to copy clone may be maximum $100 USD. only.
Try investing for $100 run EA on real account and generate to $300 USD. (profits 200)
still better way to sell EA

I have my great EA is backtesting and forward test on demo account , it can make million dollar (or minimum at 200% of my deposit / double account)
if I can trade with high profit from $100 to $1,000,000

may be possible to has some RISK something not tell people to know, may be has something to hides.

EA should be long term forward test over 12 month is better testing

but SCAM people is not good idea.
