I wonder if a candle hits both buy and sell what should we do? wait for the position of the next candle to close? or no trade?

This is a good example of a confusing mixed signal.

Firstly, it hits buy and then hits SL on buy, sell signal opens and then hits SL on sell and then buy signal opens and then hit SL again and sell signal opens and then hit TP on sell.

So there are 3 losses and 1 win if we follow the signal. This is a losing trade in total. How would you suggest to avoid this mixed signal?

No, that's not how to do it. You have to wait for the H4 candle to close above buy line or below sell line..not merely touching the line. So, in this example, you entered buy on the last 2nd candle.

on the first candle it close up yellow line we enter buy but it didn't hit the tp , so we place the stop loss on down yellow line & it's the same time entry to sell x4 number of lot with to so it's reversal and trade hit the tp sell
