For me it's not work until i find the solution.

Go to control panel/clock language and region/region and language.

Click on additional settings and change decimal symbol. For me the initial decimal symbol is "," and i change to "."

work only if market is open! Indicator doesnt work if market is closed at the weekend. allow DLL import!
