Suggestion Simple Profitable BreakOut Strategy

The strategy breakout that I will provide utilizes indicators to determine when to enter a buy or sell position and where to place the appropriate stop loss (SL).

The entry method is as follows: when there is a candle close that is either a BUY or SELL outside of the channel lines, you can execute the trade immediately, candle's open must inside the channel line.

The stop loss level for a BUY position is set at the bottom channel line, while the stop loss level for a SELL position is set at the top channel line.

Timeframe H1, best for trending pair like xauusd and nasdaq. newyork time is the best to trade with this indicators.

Hello Creative Animedia , I had a quick & dirty look manually at OZM and figure it's really worth demo trading or live with min lots to start with
I chose 11 pairs at random from the start of July to now-- buy and sell -- for a total of 30 trades .

taking the trades as they come, I found the average stoploss was around 41 pips, many were under 30 but of course , quite a few were over 60 - I worried about that but all of the big stops were winners , the majority very good winners-- some of the smaller winners were only about 1 : 1.5 --but I figured for this, you just take the trade & see what happens .
total win pips was 5297 with an average of 176
in real life, you'd set a max stop and try to elimate the shorter trades

as this was " quick & dirty" I wondered why there were no losses- but I figure that the method of entry outside the higher/lower bands eliminated most of the noise and most of them had already jumped out of the box off & never looked back.
I used a MA as a filter to keep out of the shorter trends and believe it could be improved
for less better trades. Of course, in real life it wouldn't be as good but a very good start

thanks for sharing, IMHO breakout is considered as one of strategy with good RR
