It will not make order as soon as you attach it to the market. it waits for the entry opportunity. Now may be market is not suitable for entry, You may use Version5.1 on page 17.

Its with default setting in Slowmode... M30 Chart

 

the two indicators must be added to the graph before putting EA,that s right

 

The 2 indicators should be placed in Indicators folder of your MT4
