could someone help me to find stochastic EA with these properties

- 2 different big time frame as filter like parbolicsar and ma like example H4 and D1 or W1 and MN ( chooseabel i can put what i need )
- from input i can choose which order to put ( buy ) or ( sell ) like picture below explained
- buy ( from oversold < 20 ) , sell ( from over bought > 80 )
- put setting of stochastic in input EA ,so i could change it as i need
- take profit and stoploss and close at next signal if i want i choose it
- multipication mode

does anyone know how to delete orders pending open for x defined time? I want this EA to be deleting pending orders every 5 min. it seems very simple that I don't know how to program.
