Place SL on below the arrow for BUY order , opposite for the SELL order

Great!!! I had some great profits today on GBP pairs . I am using H4 and let it run until it hit the TP or SL . So far is doing great .

 

Maybe this indicator use for intraday or swing trading strategy
or formula that used similarly with moving average

 

I removed the candle color and try to look for the entry price base on the setup criteria. Please see the attached picture screenshot and look like the RR was not that good. Is it practical to place the trade even the RR is not looking good?

 

the "high' line there represents a resistance level. i wouldn't recommend trading that close to it. its better maybe after it breaks it or just look for another currency pair to be safe

 

Well, Better do not take that trade around close to the target line . But I am taking trades with just the arrow appear on 4HR chart , I am not looking the trend power I know its against the entry rules , And I do not suggest to do that. I use small lots for just arrow signals .

 

I agree with you. I also want to against the rule because if wait for the trend power to confirm, it will be too late to place the trade as usually the trend is going to be finished. If the arrow signal is not repainted, it is good to just follow the arrow signal. But the arrow signal also can provide quite a number of zigzag signals when the market is in a range, especially in the smaller timeframe like 1HR chart.

 

Use the higher time frame like H4 , I am using H4. You can place the trade only with the second candle That will the safe way..

I'm little bit confused when to enter . In this picture I got 2 lines with different colors one blue and the other one green, so which one to enter ??

 

opening candle of the blue line was okay since all conditions where met.

Yes , But most of the signal you will get some big pips .

 

To get them big pips, should the color of trend direction,the arrow and the candels be the same ?? or we have to wait until trend power has the same color aswell ??

If trend power and arrow is same color then you can enter, If its not same then wait for the signal. Only enter from the second candle after the arrow appear .
