New EA HERCULES

i tried to backtest over 10 years, but this ea didnot work before 2023.10. what wrong with my steps

 

Optimized only the past (data feeds) which is not repeated. That's why everyone has a beautiful backtest on MQL5 Market, but the reality is different!

 

Could be. That´s why I said "Now forward testing". And for now equal the atual backtest. Hope it´s clear now.

 

I have Tick Data Suite and works perfect since 2006 for me.

Yes, I know that. If you read the posts above you will see that I was offended for saying exactly that.
We now have a new set optimized for future testing. This new set is what I'm talking about that has worked in all market conditions since 2006.
Now it's time to test it forward.

 

Please load the historical data under Extras. This might help.

Jarora I have posted my investor access on page 2. Hercules is running with the Herculesbestsetting.set. There you can see how the EA behaves. The standard set is ruinous.

 

This version 2.3 has bug,when i change SL to smaller,but it alwasy 4300 in the opening trades.See the file:

Why that happend???Is someone knows?

 

From the number of trades, I can see that this report was mostly written before my last set-file.

 

I highly recommend the latest updated version 2.6 ,,Hercules was in experimental stage and now it has been updated a lot

YE，but all the files are 2.3 version,do you have the 2.6 version with no dll?

A friend of mine is helping me test several MQL5 EAs, he can break any of them that are available there. I even share the "AI gen EA" with a participant in this thread.

All the ones that claim to be AI are pure scams.

And the logic is simply that using this technology costs a lot of money. They are updating the data in the Demo file to correct past EA trade losses, but this does not mean that the EA is turning better.

Out of 10 EAs we tested, 2 were really good and stable. And the good ones are the least "popular", they are not at the top of the lists indicated in MQL5. The only thing these sellers are good at is promoting their "products".

This is my last comment on this "EA".

 

here are my settings, they made 10% in real account last week

I've been testing it since June 26th and the hit rate is very good

btw 99% BT doesn't work, the trades are different, only 90% BT matches

What you have to ask yourself is why every mql5 scammer uses "Weltrade" as a broker.

 

ok then I ask you why all my live trades match the BT can you answer that?

you can also track all trades in the history whether they match or not it is not the holy grail but very good winrate
