Up arrow buy, sell down arrow. Set alerts and wait for the signal ...

when i get backtest look good norepaint so i decide to get demo account i notice it have repaint.. ohhhh damn..... i need your help... when i saw email alert show up then i saw up arrows then i saw 2 or 4 candle itself move arrows.. oh i got loss stoploss kill me... i dont want that... i always follow arrow i count 1 or 2 candle then i buy sell or buy... oh boy....
