what are the rules to trade ? (Star and arrow)

i see the S&R buffers are not having signals

The S&R are not signals, they are only sounds, the star works as PRE-ALERT, it is entered when the ARROW is exited, use in M5 candles with expiration time 5 MINUTES, I use it in the opening of LONDON AND NY.

So after the star, we use next candle which is arrow for trade...

How do you install this indicator. Every time i install it and insert into my chat, it keeps giving signals every second continuously. what do i have to do?
 
Seems it's a simple indicator as help tool trading
support and resistance is important to zone as trigger any entry for price action trading
