    all broker event they say ECN, STP bla bla,
    they have plugin anti scalper, plugin SL hunter, plugin volality price, etc plugin same like firewall plugin into your PC , they say for safety but thats is just trick
    better if runn ea high frequensi use thats broker

    also if you look for fixed spread, Rakuten had 0.5 fixed spread no comm !! but it's not London based, i'm not sure where
