Fix email alerts to indicator

Hi everyone
can anyone fix email alerts to this indicator, the indicator do not sending even if it define true on the parameters, sorry i don't have the mq4 file.

hi friend , the indicator send mail alerts but always with sell even if there a up arrow appears.
can you fix it?
for ex :H1 Chart Trend going Down on EURUSD

Seems complicated after indicator sending alert to email if not open email hence will don`t understand if there are new signal
why not using alert on platform with sound so if new signal appear we can hear with alert sound
