New EA TRIANGULAR PRICE CORRECTION

Yup,

M15 and M15 had large DD but recovered, however this last hour bull rally just killed H1.
You can find attached detailed statement for 4-12 January period.

P.S. I think if i would close that two orders manually it would be pretty fine now. But no worries ) by the way Leppozdrav is working on EA which will trade only trend direction so I think it will be able to avoid such kind of collapse.

I am still working on it. I don't see any sense posting each version, until it's done like it has to be.

Update: following trend helps, but it's not significant, since a lot of equilibrium setups occur on counter trends, therefore oppurtunities are missed.

I am curently running ea on 1m with 100% risk for the whole week. It is a money machine reaching around 2-5% daily.
DD so far is only 1%. With this ea, as it stands now, you have to milk the full potential out of it...so the starting balance is what you are prepaired to risk. But i dont want that....i want to play it safe...i guess we all do.

I am trying stop losses on each order, percent loss which doesnt stop ea and so on. I think sooner or later a scenario occurs that takes open positions in the wrong direction, where we all start sweating.

I think the only safety net for this ea not to blow, is to hedge all loosing positions after some percent loss. Do you guys might have any creative ideas..how we could hedge those unsafe positions and when. So we won't have scenarios like that picture shows..

You know, as I mentioned if It would be real account on real money I'd cut lost Sell orders (it was very easy to get the right time on H1) way earlier and now everything would be different.

For me the EA has true potential as a cash mashine because even on 1h tf it can easily double your account in month aaand I think that it is better than any crypto mining or something either...

Based on forward testing we need to feel the EA and find suitable settings which might be hedging, or manual trading help, or something else.

From monday I will start to FT this ea till the end of January (if I ll be lucky) on same H1 and get involved into trading manualy to prevent such silly things.
If I will succeed I'll share my settings.

Yup, I totally agree....Ea has a lot of potential and it needs to be properly optimized.
1H is a very stable Tf for this EA. Please continue with your tests and keep us posted.
I am also planning to stick with it and develop it further....What I am trying to solve now is, implementing some hedging logic, that would save us, from scenarios like shown on this picture....if , I figure that one out, then we have a safety net and progressive EA that can manage all market conditions.

It is really nothing to share yet.....just found another bug in a code today. The code is also decompiled, so it's a mess. Adding new parameters to a messy code it's a bad start. So I think I will re-write the code. As far as it is now, the results wouldn't be much different then from version you already have. But you can share your ideas in the mean time.
So...to be continued.

Well,

I'm testing EA (Leppozdrav version) on pepperstone demo from 1st of feb. with leverage 1:500, deposit 1000usd, fixed lot - 0,05 aaaaaand, in 12 trade days it already gained 106%. Yesterday it closed weekend with 2060 usd on deposit and -330usd open position (which I am sure will become profit, but later.) Despite that, I would recommend to start with 2000usd and 0.05 lot. It will be much safer, same as 400 usd deposit for 0.01 lot.

Will post exact EA settings and trading report in the end of Feb. (If I will succeed of course).

The plan is to double the lot as soon as it will double deposit, so I think starting with 2000 usd and 0.05 lot two months will be more than enough to double your investment.

P.S. - trying to be involved in EA trading as less as possible.
