Question PeakTrough EA - Only 1% DD!

I want to try this ea, thank for shared...

 

The original unchanged code works better i dont know why. Luizinho can you share the mq4 source code for the lastest ver. It doesnt work with older metatrader i want to decomplie it with older vers. to make %99 quality backtest.

 

Ok found a programmer and added some parameters to the original code. It gets better, drawdown getting smaller. Gonna use it with most majors and also eurjpy pair at the same time i think. Looks promising for a 2 months test and with only one pair now. Need to test on demo for a while. If i get good results on demo will share maybe.

For the moment it didnt got the profit factor that i want. If i reach more than 10 profit factor then i will share. Becase reality is not backtest and even demo doesnt prove anything. The key point here is break even. And spread protection. If i share it must be perfect. But it will not gonna be public. Will share it free but users acc. number must fit to use it.

 

Let we see is this a good EA or bad EA... maybe what you said is right. however thanks for sharing this EA. Have a nice day.

But this MQ4 version may not be the same as the profitable one you shared on Post 60. The EA from Post 60 has just expired over the weekend.

Backtesting this MQ4 version and the one from Post 60 yield different result, though both tested on the same MT4 account with same settings.

Would you mind share with us the MQ4 source code of the same EA on Post 60? Thanks.

Em relação ao spread, tenho uma sugestão, garantir spread na execução de ordem pendente não existe. Mas o que pode ser feito é o seguinte, tenho um EA que utiliza uma espécie de filtro de proteção contra a oscilação de spread, funciona da seguinte forma: a cada tick ele analisa o spread atual e faz uma média (spread médio). Nos parâmetros, você limita qual o spread máximo para abrir operações. Se o EA identifica um aumento constante ou repetino de spread médio ele remove todas as ordens pendentes e só as recoloca/reposiciona, quando o spread médio volta ao normal.

Se quiserem que eu adicione essa funcionalidade no EA, me passem a ultima versão do mq4 já com as últimas atualizações feitas que eu adiciono esse filtro do spread.

Muito interessante essa programação, sugiro colocar também a opção de usar a proteção ou não.
A ultima versão está no Post150.
