"Order Modify error 1"
I have scalper EAs that has 1 pip trailing and none have this error and working on all brokers. This is clearly a programming issues since it happened on multiple brokers.

It happened before on another EA due to not normalizing the digits. e.g. 1.1234522222 == 1.12345 even though the first is bigger than the second. But MQL treat them the same for Bid and Ask prices since it is only 5 digits. So if you try to modify 1.12345 Takeprofit with 1.1234522222, you will get this error since the value is the same.

I understand what you mean. the value you specify is always available on cent, nano, mirco or mini type accounts. therefore, I have stated that EA GR PRO is only allowed for cent and standard type accounts (4 DECIMAL & 5 DECIMAL) only. but what you mentioned earlier is actually determined by the platform and how the arrangement is done by a particular broker for the value of the liquidity of the price they want. it is only a decimal number in that value.

I can add a new option in the script to EA works in any kind of account. if I want I can also do for all kinds of trading..CFD, METAL and others.

This is my new world, I am really busy all day.
so update or upgrade issues are my will. those who are eligible will receive this benefit.

you still have a chance and time to use EA GR_PRO 2.0 (free version) to make money.

you will be able to see the time and date of the problem (ORDER_MODIFY_ERRO_1) will not be the same between you and me. it only happens at that time. this is because of the difference in time in your place and me. I am the one customer. My account was blown in the beginning of FEB.
I use default setting. I deposit 1000$ and use 0.02 start lot.
If the market have big trend this EA will not work.

Basic understanding of how EA GR_PRO 2.0 works
------------------------------

Example:
if you use pipstarter = 30.0

first step = PipStarter / 5 = 6pips (layer distance to PO #2)
second step = 2 * PipStarter / 5 = 12pips (layer distance to PO #3)
third step and so on = PipStarter = 30pips (layer distance to PO #4 and more step)
* pipstater data entry for its continuous layer of 30 pips.
* EA GR_PRO 2.0 has three systems, it is combined in martingale & hedg at a certain level based on the use of set parameters.

if you use lots = 0.01
ifyou use multiplier = 1.5

lot PO #1= 0.01

lot PO #2 ( 0.01 x 1.5) = 0.015 in metatrade 0.02

lot PO #3 ( 0.015 x 1.5) = 0.0225 in metatrade 0.02

lot PO #4 ( 0.0225 x 1.5) = 0.03375 in metatrade 0.03

and continuously for next PO#.
* multiplier data entry for its continuous = last lots * multiplier (1.5) = next lot PO#.

It is advisable not to use data (multiplier) too large. greed will hurt you !!

Based on my testing the most risky part is not having a limit of how many open orders.
Even if you have multiplier =2.0 or 3.0 and small TP, the EA will close in profit after 3 or 4 orders since it needs only a small retracement. This is less risky if you can put a limit of say max 6 orders. so the lot size will be 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16 0.32 and stop there, so you are exposed a total of 0.63 lots which can survive a 150 pips trend without retracement (which is unlikely) with account of $1000.

But with multiplier = 1.1, the EA can 70 open orders before it retrace or crash your $1000 account(crash even bigger account). This can happen when the currency pair is trending. Of course you can have a large pipstarter but this also reduce the profitability and still crash the account.

I like to understand how an EA works before I use it live. Users in these forum just want an EA with good settings to make money without understanding how the EA works. It may make profit one month and lose the next month even with nice back test results. Then the user will dump the EA and look for the next.

With martingale EA, you need to see how it manages the subsequent orders after the first order. I had look at many EAs in soehoe, GR Pro has only one weakness, that is limit the number of open orders. I understand there is hedging, but it wasn't enough as it still crash when the pair trends. Afandee, if you put this feature in, then this EA is hard to beat.
A trader still need to understand his own risk profile and use the settings that is suitable by back testing it.

The complication with this EA in implementing a limit on the number of open orders is that it uses different magic numbers in the same direction which is one of the strategy. In terms of exposure, this limit is for all open orders for buy (or sell).

I see there have been other request for you to make changes but I don't see any need once they understand how this EA works.
