Higher risk,higher cooling time. I would say 240-720 min.
For example, if i win 30-50 daily, i would let it 1440 ...and be risk free.
More you test, more you know how and adapt it to your greed.

I can not say how risky it is because market is not linear all the time.
Till now none of my 200 usd balance accounts has failed. MAX DD <= 30% .

Account 1 is 0.05 lots with 1000$ on a standard ECN and account 2 is a cent account with 20,000 cents(200$) and am running them with cooling time of 1m.
Is it OK with the cooling?

Account 1 better with 240 min cooling time. Let this week go and begin the next week. Also decrease the CVP to 0.03 and TP 15-20 .
