Suggestion Ea does not open positions

This ea does not open positions, can someone with programming knowledge take a look at the file?
o and mark on the chart the places where positions should be opened, but it does not execute them....

Buys :
466 & 467
473 & 474

Sells:
436 & 437
443 & 444

I was not able to look deeper into the algorithm but I commented those lines and it opens orders now. Ofc it's not a finality but if I have time i'll look deeper into it.

in the meantime if you can look into those lines and those parameters accordingly and try different settings to see if you're able to find out why it blocks buy and sell signals

btw I also remove trading times because I thought originally it came from it
