put in indicator folder Mango STOCK MACD CCI Composite arrowws optimisé.ex4 and in expert folder MID 3 Mango Indicateurs optimisés.ex4 and try it with this set or your in TF = 1 MN

Your EA has potential, but it might need an additional indicator that identifies the overall trend and trades accordingly. The way it works now, it erases profits with large losing trades.
I’m not a programmer, so maybe you have a good idea for something like that. What I can suggest is the well-known Schaff indicator. It cycles very quickly, which can be very useful on a 1-minute chart. Alternatively, you can run the Schaff on a higher time frame to get fewer but more accurate signals.
