မဆလပါတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးနေဝင်းရဲ့ဖိအားပေးမှုကြောင့် တဝမ်းပူစသတ်အပြောင်းအလဲတွေ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပုံ သမိုင်းကို ပထမပိုင်းမှာ ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဦးနေဝင်းလိုလားသလို “တ”မှန်သမျှ စသတ်ခဲ့တာမဟုတ်ဘဲ မြန်မာစာအဖွဲ့ဝင်ဆရာကြီးတွေက စသတ်သင့်တာကို သတ်ပြီး စသတ်မပါဘဲ တဝမ်းပူသက်သက်နဲ့ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းသင့်တာတွေကိုလည်း ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့ ဘယ်စာလုံးတွေမှာ စသတ်ထည့်ပြီး ဘယ်စာလုံးတွေမှာတော့ စသတ်မထည့်ဘူးဆိုတာကို မြန်မာစာပညာရှင်များက ဘယ်လိုခွဲခြားခဲ့ပါသလဲ။

(ခ) ဤသို့သော ပုဒ်များတွင် အခြားပုဒ် ထပ်ဆင့်ယှဉ်တွဲလာသည့်တိုင်အောင် သင်္ချာကိန်းဂဏန်း “တစ်” သည် သင်္ချာသဘောမှ ရွေ့လျောခြင်းမရှိသောကြောင့် စသတ်ဖြင့်ပင် ရေးရန်၊

(ဂ) ကြိယာ၊ နာမဝိသေသန၊ မြည်သံစွဲပုဒ်များနှင့် ယှဉ်သော အာဂုံပစ္စည်း “တ” ကိုမူ စမသတ်ဘဲရေးရန်

မြန်မာစာအဖွဲ့ရဲ့ မူထဲမှာ ရှေးအခါက ဘယ်သို့ဘယ်ညာ ရေးခဲ့ကြောင်းဆိုတာကို လုံးဝထည့်သွင်းပြောဆိုမသွားပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မဆုံးဖြတ်ခင်မှာ “ပုဂံခေတ်မှမျက်မှောက်ခေတ်အထိ မြန်မာစာများကို ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့် လေ့လာခဲ့”တယ်လို့ အဲဒီအမှာမှာပဲ ရေးသားထားပါတယ်။ ပုဂံခေတ်အထိ ပြန်လေ့လာခဲ့ပေမဲ့ အဆုံးအဖြတ်ပြုရာမှာတော့ ဘယ်အချိန်တုန်းက ဘယ်လိုသုံးခဲ့လို့ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်မျိုးနဲ့ မဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ဘဲ ရင်းမြစ်ကိုသာကြည့်ပြီး ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း အထက်မှာဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ အချက် ၃ ချက်ကိုကြည့်ရင် ထင်ထင်ရှားရှား သိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

အထက်မှာ အချက် ၃ ချက်ဖော်ပြထားပေမဲ့ အနှစ်သာရအရ ၂ ချက်ပဲရှိပါတယ်။ ရင်းမြစ်မှာ ကိန်းဂဏန်းရင်းမြစ်ရှိခဲ့ရင် “တစ်” လို့ရေးမယ်၊ အာဂုံပစ္စည်းဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင် “တ” နဲ့ရေးမယ် ဆိုတဲ့အချက် ၂ ချက်ပါ။

အနက်မှာ ရင်းမြစ်မှာ “တစ်” သဘောပါရင် “တစ်” နဲ့ရေးမယ်ဆိုတာကတော့ ထပ်ရှင်းစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ အာဂုံဆိုတာကို နည်းနည်းရှင်းပါမယ်။
