You must disable the update mt4. I see your screenshots, EA has been working but prices have not yet reached a buy stop and sell stop.
Because EA is using a strategy of breakout

I also experienced such problems. You must enable mt4 updates. You try to right click on the icon and then click Properties mt4. Then the target column is added : /skipupdate at the end

On my real it is "Resting ...", on my demo "Working ...".
 
Shure it is another reason. On the image in post #7 it is a real account.

Hmm this EA seems like have the same problem with the SmartBreak out EA I shared previously. It will not work on the latest version of MT4. To disable update or to downgrade the MT4 you can check the search engine as there are a lot of topics about it. Or you can visit SmartBreakout threads in this forum.

I have test on my real account and the ea works..
The downgrading MT4 to build 902 also works, I have tested both

The suggestion how to run the old computer to the remaining old versions of MT4. I joined EA and everything is working properly. Unfortunately, I do not know how to install the old version to the new computer. Maybe someone knows how to do it?
