I think you did not understand the purpose of this EA.
If you had looked at the code, you would see that internally it has a module for tests, where it opens orders according to crossing of MA.
THIS EA IS NOT FOR OPEN ORDERS, it just manages the orders already open.
I need to migrate for Manage orders in MT5
