Price Action AS – Doesn’t use dangerous methods such as martingale, grid, etc. each order is protected by SL and has a TP, ratio of risk to reward when trading 1:1, it is recommended to use it on a currency pair GBPUSD, the advisor also has automatic lot calculation, you only set the risk in the settings, EA calculate the lot in accordance with your deposit.

but never trade more than 100 trading pairs, one pair is enough or just looking trading pair with highest volatility

You have to put it where mt4 terminal.exe is located, not in libraries.
Just "open file location" on your metatrader shortcut.

Some EA works ( or lets say is educated) only upon MT vers. 1320.
So maybe you need downgrade your MT4.
