Describe the strategy and attach indicator - i can recode EA if need. Developer Cmilion ?
Such multipair strategies better develop in MT5 from start - to have opportunity run tester and optimise. Because in MT4 not possible run multipair test - only 1 pair

So when you use the right lots/ Equity stop it can be profitabel for sure.
I run it now for some time: 4,78% profit with a DD of max 2,62% average profit is 0.15%/day. max risk 4%
Other account with high risk 11,83% profit max DD 6,57% and a average profit of 0,37%/day. max risk is 10%
