I have an indicator that I need to be converted to an EA. It is a trend indicator. It works best on any TF. It also can be used to confirm when a trend will end (TP). Can anyone help me to do this?
The EA would need to do the following:
Read the output of the indicator at the bottom of the screen.
View when the red and green line crosses.
If the indicator shows a cross twice the EA needs to close the previous trade and switch to either a buy or sell.
Determine a BUY if the green line crosses up.
Determine a SELL it the red line crosses up.
The EA must only keep one trade open at any given time.
The EA must close the trade when the red and green line crosses again.
The reason we have indicators that repaint is because THE TREND CHANGES ALL THE GODDAMN TIME! This indicator that I have is able to indicate exactly when a change in trend occurs. It is monotonous to watch this indicator without any alert or signal. Therefore an EA that uses this indicator is required.
A minor setback is that sometimes the market can be in a consecutive buy and sell trend and if you place a position there will be no profit due to oscillation around one point. However, if you follow a "Strong trend" you will reap the rewards of many pips. So precisely you got to lose small amounts in order to ensure you get a big reward.
No EA or indicator can only give you profit for every trade because the market is constantly changing. However by using this indicator you can pinpoint a strong trend and ride the wave up or down.
