New VersionV1.36 add Time Filter, default=disabled

Enable the function and define which time you want the EA to work.

It is advisable to stop 1 hour before the news and start 2 hours after the news.

NOTE1: If you have any open trade you must close the manual, the EA just does not open new trades at the time defined by the user.
NOTE2: If you do not do this, do not worry, that the take profit or stop loss will close the trades whichever comes first.
