indicating of opening and closing orders

Help please guys,

This indicating of opening and closing orders is it part of MT4, where can I activate it ? or

is it a separate indicator where can I get it or maybe something similar ?

looks like some kind of grid; plenty of that around, but it is risky, and need to be managed/run manually

thanks bro, not looking for a/the EA, need the chart to show where the order was placed and closed as in image shown. red and blue arrows and lines ?

and

indicator for currant lots and pips and $ value etc. per chart in the trade - if you can help please
