it's an mtf indicator, it's a fraudster selling a repaint indicator.
the idicator is called Buy-Sell_Alerts ex 4, search it on the net for free and compare it with its pictures.
on tf m30 puts mtf indicator settings h4,

I think is this indicator... very nice indi, it repaints but use it on 15 min timeframe with settings for H4 and D1, it will show the overall trend (for scalping). In conjunction with other indicators is very powerfull. I;m using it very good results. In the near future i ll upload my system!! God bless!
