Suggestion 'Global Initialization Failed" Fix the EA.

Hi forum Member
I have collected an EA from other Forum.I have used this EA several month but recently it doesn't work.When I attach the chart the EA shows "Global Initialization Failed". So how can i Fix the EA.Pls help me.
I am waiting your kind response.

Hello all.
I have this problem. My naive EA reported the same message. I'm very saddened. I do not know how to solve it. I think this is another insidious and not fair broker's trick.
 
Only programmer ea that can fix these problem
I don't know how to fix it, I guess if these ea good work and profitable because make you saddened

Upload a mq4 file. I will fix, no error no warning.

Hello AutoProfit, just a question, because I know you are a very good coder and probably has this information.

Does this kind of message error also be caused by the incompatibility of the EA with the recent MT4 builds ?
 
I am not a programmer.I have bought the EA last year.I have contact seller but they response need to buy new EA.May be mt4 update the EA show error.If any body fix it I wouldb be highly pleased.

It's not the broker, it's MT4 build +1650, no more old ea's working with specialy edu ea's
 
Thank you for your reply. However, I believe that the cause of this problem is inscribed in the program code expiry date. How can you get MT4 build +1650?
I have an idea how to remove 'Global Initialization Failed' But I have to check this after opening the market !!!!

Yes, the guys from Metaquotes, apparently, are achieving their objective of gradually killing the MT4.
The impact of the various EAs that are not working anymore under the new MT4 builds affected all of us traders since last year.

Regarding the possibility of reverting to previous MT4 versions, as far as I know, since the beggining of October the MT4 plataforms in almost all the brokers are only supporting the MT4 clients from the build 1065 on. I have tried to downgrade to builds 950, 902 for experiments and only received the message "old version". I am not sure at this moment but even the build 1045 is not working anymore.

Well, If you have find a way to downgrade the MT4 to previous builds, allowing to all of us a "revival" with our "old loved EAs", please comment with us.

Problem solved !!!
I have good news for you. Ea Scalper_v.2.1 already works on demo account. I was able to remove the message "Global Initialization Failed". As I posted in post # 10 the issue is about the validity of the EA and not the MT4 build. However, you can fool EA and force him to work further for you. In the next post I will tell you how to do it.

This is a custom alert message from the coder.
not a standard error message.
 
If you look for a good EA or fixing an EA, look for SEF in FB.
And if you like to learn Trading look for TDI in FB.
 
Hi Adam53,Thanks a lot.I am higly pleased for fix the EA.I have run the EA mt4 old version.But withinn few minutes mt4 automatically update and EA doesn't work.
Finally I want to say theEA smoothy works at old mt4 but not work update mt4.I am waiting your kind response.Thanks and best wishes.

If your broker is still accepting old builds of MT4, in order to avoid the updating of the MT you can insert the parameter /skipupdate in the command line of the MT4.

Go the the icon of you MT4, open the properties and edit the TARGET inserting the /skipupdate at the end:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\FBS Trader 4\terminal.exe" /skipupdate
 
HAL 900.Sir it is not possible for all brkers.The concern Broker every time notify for update Terminal.And sometimes it automatically updated then the EA doesn't work.

you can explain how you remove the message "Global Initialization Failed", so EA is again working.
