What is it
Is an expert to use correlation strategy between 2 pairs (couple).

Only need the two pairs to have a common currency.

Example: Pair 1 - EURUSD / Pair 2 - USDCHF, common currency is USD.

The common currency creates a bond between the two pairs, and the price movement is relative.


How to use it
Set expert and attach on one chart only (multicurrency version), no matter the pair or the time frame, the selection will be done automatically by the expert.


How to set it
The expert is multicurrency, it mean, can to trade from 1 to 45 couples from 1 chart.

You can to insert in 'Currencies To Make Pairs' parameter the currencies to want expert make couples.

The minimum currencies is 3 and maximum is 5, seperated by slash (/).

Number of currencies=3, number of couples=3.
Number of currencies=4, number of couples=15.
Number of currencies=5, number of couples=45.

It is important the order of currencies be from the strongest to the weakest, otherwise expert can't make pairs and show a warning mesage on the chart.

Strongest --> EUR/GBP/AUD/NZD/USD/CAD/CHF/JPY <--weakest.

You can to skip some couples of total making couples if insert in 'No Of Couples To Skip' the numbers of couples seperated by comma (,).

It's possible to see all couples and their number by putting the expert in stand by mode from 'Type Operation Mode' parameter before start trade.

If You are ready, then set expert in normal operation from 'Type Operation Mode' parameter.....


Recomendation
Use a broker with tight spread and low commission.

Is necessary have a broker with fast execution, because the expert will open several orders together that it will need to close all at the same time.

I think in an account with 1:500 leverage is enough 1000$ per couple with lot 0.01 and default settings.

Version 1.74: First released version.
Version 1.75: Input parameters for step and lot multiplier.

Hola Lucas.

Si estoy probando las dos versiones. Y esta ha tenido mejores resultados.

La cantidad máxima 200. Justo en este momento esta en 200 también. Y en la imagen puedes ver el estado actual.

Version on dropbox working until 28/02/2018, after than not working any more (real or demo).
 
Hello friends,

I am testing the couplehedgeEA with 15 pairs and 1500 as initial deposit, but I see that when it closes 2 operations it opens 4 more and so always and what I see that for that reason every time the floating negative increases more and more and also the open operations, Is there any way to keep adding open operations to me and that when I close 2 I open 2 more but not 4?

My current configuration:

Hello,
You can to change 'Open_With_Auto_Step' to 'Open_With_Manual_Step', then expert manage seperate plus side of minus side, otherwise manage together both sides. But in profit expert closing both sides....

Open_With_Auto_Step = expert close side with signle couple (in profit) and open again orders with the other side to have more couples (in loss).
Why that? With this set, expert keep only single couple in one of both sides. Finally, in point expert close in profit all couples (plus and minus) and start again new cycle.
If use
Open_With_Manual_Step = expert open ordres in side to have losses, but some times have losses both sides, it mean we have few couples in one side and many couples in other side. Totaly we have more opened orders. Finally, no point to close all couples and start again a new cycle.

I now reach a lot of orders, having the same issue like Lucas Acosta .
May I ask you for one more Setting I did not find the Point.
What is meant by "Type of Close in Profit orders?"
