Arbitrage system is a algorithm system to compare prices between 2 brokers (faster and slower) and place orders on slower broker (One Leg), or place orders on both brokers (Two Legs).

Basically, it exploits the rapid price movement and the lag of response (latency) of one broker.

Most brokers, secretly or openly, have banned this strategy. They use various tricks and programs (plug ins) to combat these techniques. It is not illegal, but it will not yield your profits.

I make experts to working fast and smooth. I don't test it on real contitions, because is very hard to find honest and correct brokers to accept this system.

It's even harder to find the 'slow' and 'fast' broker with low commission, tight spread, fast execution.....

This system is avaliable for test only. Working on real accounts until 31/03/2018, after that date it only works in demo accounts.

The system consists of 2 files (experts advisors) for 'One Leg' version, and 4 files (experts advisors) for 'Two Legs' version.

Need 2 brokers (fast and slow) and 2 terminals to working on same OS (pc, vps).

Need to set each terminal to allow DLLs imports.

Is better if terminals works on VPS with very low ping.

It is an opportunity to discuss and draw conclusions about this strategy.


How use 'One Leg' system

Put in fast broker the file (expert advisor) called 'ArbiFastEA_v1.12-BETA' and in slow broker the file (expert advisor) called 'ArbiSlowEA_v1.12-BETA'.

Open a chart of each terminal and attach experts.

Note: Same chart/symbol uses in both brokers/terminals.


How use 'Two Legs' system

Put in fast broker the files (expert advisors) called 'ArbiMasterEA_v1.4(Send)BETA' and 'ArbiMasterEA_v1.4(Takes)BETA' and in slow broker the files (expert advisors) called 'ArbiSlaveEA_v1.4(Send)BETA' and 'ArbiSlaveEA_v1.4(Takes)BETA'.

Open 2 charts of each terminal and attach experts.

Note: Same chart/symbol uses in both brokers/terminals.


Experts advisors for 'One Leg" system: ArbiFastEA , ArbiSlowEA.

Experts advisors for 'Two Legs" system: ArbiMasterEA(Send), ArbiMasterEA(Takes), ArbiSlaveEA(Send), ArbiSlaveEA(Takes).

Hello,
2 legs version working placed orders on 2 brokers. In one broker make profits, and other close in loss. The asset is not open and close orders in few seconds, maybe keep orders few minutes until the orders are in profits. I think... :)
 
How often do the EA trade. I have put the Two leg system to test but the system haven't put a single trade yet

Hello,
You know to use arbitrage system?
Need 1 very fast broker and 1 very slow broker.
This system not for all trades, is only for trades to know about arbitrage system.
It is a difficult and complex system to understand and use it.

Maybe you should check the screenshot i added in my comment. I have tested many arbitrage system and am well aware how they work. Maybe next time when you want people test your EA give more details so that people don't ask rhetorical questions.

I saw your image.

If use expert with default settings, then 'MinimumLevel=3'.
In your image signal levels is -0.2 and 0. To open orders need signal level is over than 'MinimumLevel'.
Arbitrage expert not open orders any time, seeking for correct contitions for that.
And the most likely time to trade is when there is a lot of volatility and a rapid fluctuation in prices.
This can happen at the London session, rarely happening at the US session, and almost never at the Asian session.

These are basics of an expert of the kind.
 
I see, i have set minimum level = 2, i guess too near,
my usdjpy buy price was higher than the sell price. Anyway, i will keep testing
